Basic Eligibility Requirements
Candidate firms are required to have one active Certified Commissioning Professional (CCP) who has been actively involved in the practice of commissioning in the last 24 months, able to show three completed projects with client references. Firms must demonstrate how they adhere to the BCxA Essential Attributes and offers continuing education to all of their employees.
To be eligible your firm must:
- Have been providing commissioning services for a minimum of 24 months
- Employ at least one Certified Commissioning Professional (CCP)
- Provide three completed commissioning projects with client references
How to Apply
BCCB uses the Certemy software platform to manage the CCF certification program. Applications will be processed within 15 business days of receipt.

NOTE: Since the CCF credential is an organizational credential the information standard is higher than for the CCP application. The CCF application requires more project information. Therefore, even if you report the same buildings used in a previous CCP application, please complete the CCF project sections in their entirety.
